RISE UP Class - Acceleration Program (ages 12+)

RISE-UP empowers participants to measurably run faster (speed), jump higher (explosiveness), improve agility and build physical endurance.  Each athlete's individualized program is based on his or her pre-evaluation, then further tailored by our elite coaching staff using cutting edge training techniques and industry leading methods.  


CORE - Customized Fitness Training (ages 13-21)

Improve your athletic performance in your chosen sport or activity. Get in shape. Lose weight. Gain weight. Get buff, or just improve your muscle tone.  More information


Elements (ages 8-11)

Movement Fundamentals done with fun. The goal of Elements is to introduce youth to fundamental movement patterns through jumping, running, and explosive movement activities.


Customized (all ages) 

The Riekes Center's customized program is designed to optimize an individual's performance in all areas of their life.  Each student's fitness goals guide the creation of their individualized training program.  More information

Prices and schedules are subject to change.

Financial aid is available for all of our programs. We seek to provide educational opportunities regardless of income. In addition to direct scholarships, we offer work-trade opportunities through our Community Service program. For more information regarding financial aid, please contact us.
